We are a practice-oriented higher education institution offering Bachelor’s, Engineering, long-cycle Master’s, and supplementary Master’s degree programmes, both in full-time and part-time modes.
Our educational offer is systematically adapted to the needs of the dynamically changing labour market, both locally and globally. The study programmes are developed in close cooperation with our partners — representatives of the economy, public administration, and healthcare — gathered in the Social and Economic Advisory Council.

Our History
On that date, by decision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education (DSW.WUN.5011.61.2019.2.BK, dated August 14, 2019), the Józef Rusiecki Olsztyn University College incorporated the University of Computer Science and Economics of the Society for Universal Knowledge in Olsztyn.
